During the last five years, ALMECA has experienced a steady growth in its business, personnel and machinery plant.
In this situation, we had to be rapidly aware of our customers' needs more and more demanding in terms of quality.
This growth has also required a reinforcement of our internal structure.
Stimulated and backed up by our main customer, we have started in 1998 the quality process, which has led to a structured organisation and an audacious quality policy.
This process represents for ALMECA a big investment for future, based on the whole personnel motivation.
This process has resulted in an ISO 9002 certification in 2000. Our next objective is the TS 16949 by the end of 2001: this complies more specifically with the quality requirements of car industry.
These certifications give us a unilateral recognition of our customers and so, enable us to reach international markets.
This constant willingness to meet and anticipate our customers' expectations leads us to make quality an individual state of mind.
